Site Management Review Reliance India
A team of three senior Consultants from Triple EEE complemented by one senior Reliance Site manager carried out a two weeks Site Management Review at Nagothane Manufacturing Division, one of Reliance's petrochemical plants in India.
Through interviews with a cross section of staff in various departments and at various organisational levels at the site and at the Corporate Center in Mumbai the key business processes were critically reviewed. In addition, the Review covered Organisational aspects such as structure, management information, change processes / initiatives, manpower efficiency, communication and empowerment/accountability.
The Team presented to Reliance Management the strength/weaknesses of the Manufacturing complex, Areas for Improvement and best industry practices for each of the business processes and an action plan with steps towards Manufacturing Excellence.
